I think I am getting these "growing pains". I still am not 100% sure what the transpositional sounds are really supposed to sound like....any way to describe it? Not sure what sounds will make the area of the sound transposition.

If you are speaking of the Phonak Naidas, only Ultrapower uses 675....Superpower uses size 13...

In a way, now I see why some hearing aid battery retailers (ie. Walmart, Sam's Club) are weaning out the 675 size batteries required by the Naida UP aids. There's not enough volume to support it.....darn!!

If you decide after all the trial and errors with the Naidas the helium effects are annoying, you can still shut off the transposition effects....I'm trying to see if I can have all the bells and whistles to work for me, but hopefully my brain can correspond w/o running away....

Hmmmm.....I never had noticed that there was an issue with the Rayovac batteries...I liked these batteries because of the copper/gold end..they seem to conduct power better.....and last a bit longer. I have tried others with similar results, such as Everready and the generic Walgreen brand...
