Has anyone who's profoundly deaf (like me) tried the Acoustitone PRO Hearing Aid? Amazon.com: Acoustitone PRO Hearing Aid: Health & Personal Care I'm wondering if it's as good as they say, considering the cost. Some people do say it's an "amplifier", not a true hearing aid.

Netflix streaming - no CC I'm paying $8.95 monthly for Netflix but I'm planning to call them and see if I can get that monthly rate lowered. Why should I pay the same rate as hearing people but only have partial access where hearing have full access.
