Hold ntouch Mobile further away and make sure you're connected to 4G network, I get clear video both ways using this method with good lighting too. I've noticed video is blurry when too close and using 3G connection.

Not true, I can post screenshot showing 30 fps inbound/outbound with ntouch PC. There are variables you can change to get 30 fps if that's so important to you ;)

Something else to try if rebooting the VP or network powercycle doesn't work. 1. Unplug power and ethernet cable from VP 2. Plug power to VP and let it boot up then wait 5 minutes. 3. Plug the ethernet cable in and make some test calls.

No Calls won't stop the missed calls, you may want to leave it off so people can call you.

Agreed, thanks for the feedback. The audiologist told me it would be 400-500 dollars for my 10 year old analog Oticon and that's if the parts are still available so I'm shopping around.
