I actually went to a local gym that has classes :) it was fun, I googled it after seeing your comments awhile back and finally got permission to do it. So :ty: I'm deffinitly a newbie but its a blast :D and I'm hooked

Thanks, I used to not be that bad but i've seemed to have lost some of my confidence along with my hearing and ended up standing there shaking from head to toe... Best part was when the snobby girl in class felt the need to point out my shaking :giggle: I'm sure it will get easier along with...
