Yep. I got a good backup hearing aid which is only 5 yrs old siesmen frist dig aid Ceilo 2sp. Still runs like a top. Right now I am on trail testing the sesmen nitro sp. So far its good, only needs fine tuning. Needs adjust on phone issues.

would like to know how the sounds produced unlike the hearing aid.. it is clear/sharp.. or sight nasal?

ah yep heavy loss.. mine was 70% on the left. as get old it creaps a bit. but not much.

ahh Sarfari:lol: nice way to declare your loss.. I was born deaf due the german messle got me before I was born.. the early 70s when advance medical was in the infainty when today they have tech to catch the problem before it start.

how it work out? I did tried the nadio q but the sounds produced metalic. I went to siemens nitro sp right now, it working good, it may need some minor adjustments. The last one I would try is oitcon chili.
