This is very good to know. With one (or even two), how well do you hear in a crowded room? And this will sound like a very dumb question, but if someone was on the 2nd floor of the house and you were in your basement, would you hear them yell for you? I am sorry if this is a very stupid...

Sounds just like Victoria. I just spent 5 minutes trying to get the hearing aids on her. She kept pushing my hand out of the way. I have to fight her just to get them on sometimes... other times she doesn't give me a problem. I guess it's her mood. That is cute about what you said about her...

Very good point. That's why I want my daughter to learn sign. She still has the hearing aids, so we are signing with her too. She is 8 months now, and I THINK she actually signs sleep, mommy, daddy, more and sometimes milk. I want her to learn sign before she has the implant because I want her...
