    wireless internet (wi-fi)

As you are, I was relatively impressed with Starbucks and T•Mobile wireless svcs. I use laptop with AirPort card installed with OSX v10.2.6 system architecture. Web browsing experience has proven a fast, crisp and clean using Safari. Now you guys might wonder what the heck does my nickname...

NY Times article "For Those Needing 32 More Bits"

Here it goes as follows below: http://nytimes.com/2003/08/18/technology/18NECO.html BTW, Apple Computer is releasing Power Mac G5 in stores as of today. I need to check this out at one of two retail Apple Computer stores here in Twin Cities sometime this week. I am curious about that. :)

    World first 64-bits personal computer!

I believe that is true. Please note that Apple Computer is no longer developing updated versions of legacy Mac OS 9. Therefore, new Apple Computer personal computers and servers these days and in the future only focus on latest, advanced "next generation, industrial strength" system...

No new IE for Mac. Yipe!

For MSIE 5.22 (for Mac version), MS last updated is like... two years ago. So Mac version is way out of date and slowest brower I ever known. As for Window XP-based platform, they have most recent MSIE browser like v. 6 or so. But not for Mac, that is.

No new IE for Mac. Yipe!

I am not sure what happened to your computer. You claimed that Safari keep on crashing on your computer. I am not sure if that is a valid statement. My Safari hasn't crashed on my Mac at all. It is very fastest browser -- comparing with MSIE 5.22 browser. MSIE 5.22 browser is painfully...

    idea for front page

Though, I am 'die-hard' Mac consumer. Set that aside, I agree with your observation about Lunix vs M$ in terms of servers in the past few years. I can't remember or point out to a source of information source cited that Linux's marketshare gained quite dramatically in just few months by some...

    Mac vs PC

I know that I personally cannot speak for everyone else, but I am speaking for myself BASED on my experience with OSX and legacy Windows platforms. When we are talking about Windows XP and OSX (Mac's latest advanced system architecture) and security issues, in fact, there were way too many...

    Mac vs PC

You are right for that matter. But you don't know what you are talking about when it comes down to Mac. I don't know how much you know or what is your experience with Macs in the past. And I don't know when was the last time you used Macs. If you have used Macs in the past more than two...

    idea for front page

I didn't meant not intended offense to those who like Microsoft FrontPage. I consider it as worst web authoring app. I know lot of web designers and developers dislike FrontPage. Because FrontPage have all kinds of strange, bloated non-sense tags in their source of HTML code. I know it is...

    QuarkXPress vs. InDesign

It is true that Quark is popular app, but they have lousy tech support by any means. Quark have this well-known reputation for most terrible customer services. In fact, there are lot of designers complained about Quark's rip-off services... rip-off high cost to upgrade, rip-off high cost to...

    Web Programs

I know that I am kinda new here at AD and just join as member of this fourm. Anyway, I use Macromedia Studio MX for OSX platform. Macromedia Studio MX comes with few great apps such as Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks MX, Flash MX, FreeHand MX and Cold Fusion MX. Before I made a major investment...

    Photoshop Q & A

I also notice that there were some discussion about what's the difference between Fireworks MX and Photoshop. There is a difference between those two apps. Fireworks MX have "two" so-called graphical technology 'bitmap' and 'vector', while Photoshop is bitmap-based graphic application...

    Photoshop Q & A

For those who try to sell software or any kind of apps, and keep the money for themselves, it is considered to be a software piracy. It is illegal to do that here in the states and abroad. Once you made a purchase, as an example, Adobe Photoshop 7, and you have registered with Adobe Systems...

    Photoshop Q & A

Some of you guys know that I am newbie at Alldeaf dot com, so I'd like to point out my reference to some aspect of early discussion in this thread about Photoshop saving images for web. I agree with Illustrator's comment -- we can't save images as 100 percent for web use. We need to bear that...
