Pek, do you have a "deaf accent"? I just learned of that phrase. I do have an accent of some sort due to my hearing (born HOH). I don't care about being deaf/HOH or whatever, it's just the way I talk is killing me. Kills my self-confidence. Working on it, though.

Thanks for the welcome... So I can talk on the phone fine, I don't wear aids (although i should)...and I can still call myself deaf? I don't know, that seems a little too much. Is there a border line somewhere?

Well, All this time, I thought I was HOH. However, it seems like with my recent audiogram results, I may be deaf?
