What kind of hearing loss do you have? My problem is mostly because I'm deaf on my right side and when I'm driving with my parents/instructor and they're telling me what to do, I can't hear them at all and I get all panicky and confused...

Yeah, it can be frustrating. A lot of people don't get it and think I'm just being a baby... but it's just a really uncomfortable feeling and it's nice to just have support once in a while and not feel alone in it. I just moved to this area with my parents and I plan on seeing a therapist soon...

Hey, thanks! It's kind of nice knowing I'm not the only one. It's just scary being used to being to use your hearing in most situations, and then being thrown into a situation where you really can't use it. I guess I just have to take baby-steps into getting comfortable with it.

I had a Twin bed growing up... I don't know, it was the right size for me for a long time. It would've been silly for my parents (who had three other children) to bother buying me a full size bed when they didn't really have all the money in the world to spend and my room wasn't all that big...

Find a school for the deaf in your area, there's a chance there will be deaf teachers/professors or administrators of some sort who work there :)

Hahaha! I've only been to Disney World once! I wanna go again so bad, but my boyfriend hates Disney (It's his biggest flaw)... I'll convince him though, no worries. And watching Disney cartoons high is pretty much, the best thing ever.
