If you do hear the rumors about Sorenson issue, then why not you call Sorenson VRS and ask them question directly by yourself?????

That is true! Somebody informed me that Sorenson does not require certificate interpreter and hired many non certificate interpreters to work for Sorenson. I was not satisfying with few interpreters who do not understand me. I feel that Sorenson needs to change the policy about require...
