    My guess is she came here looking for support and sympathy. But instead received just the opposite. Because of shame, humiliation and possibly anger she deleted her own posts as a means to erase from memory and eliminate some of the pain.

    It's obvious you are looking for help with your ASL class. Why not just come right out and ask? How much are you willing to pay for lessons? IMHO Deaf peoples minds are a bit sharper than the average person.
