Oh my ..... Them little boxes ha,I did wear them when I was kid and I didn't like it to wear Ha box till I am six yrs old convert to BTE HA .I do remmber I was happy wear Two BTE ha .The HA boxes are very old techonlogy and look at now new tecnology smaller and powerfull HA . :)

Oh southpaw sorry to hear that ,how long u had CI And have u been audiology to tune CI speech processor ? What implant do u have ? .if u had it for short period of time and is take a lots of time till ur brain adapt to new sound . Thank ;)

thank for advice .I know i have to put lots of effort to listening and i know is won't be same as hearing aid because ha amply sound into the ear and the CI is electric stimulation so i cannot imagine what is sound like with CI .I have research lots about cochlear implant ,safety ,reliability...

My father and I went to see the surgeon/aduiology yesterday to have chat about the operation/prodecure so the surgery said that CI will be lots beneficial to me .When i signed the contest form my hand was shaking and i was getting too hot LMAO :D what the heck is that about haha .Anyway surgeon...

i was born deaf as german measle ,i was hearing two hearing all my life .I do have sensorineural hearing loss and audiology had give me last powerfully hearing aid . It is not helping me at all like can't hear properly what people saying ,music and some sound are missing.i don't understand why...

6000 dollar :O surely ripping u off . My experience with hearing aids well i was wearing it since i was 5 years old as i don't paid for it cos i am from UK also on NHS that mean they providing me free.I do remember audiologist said the hearing worth about 1200 pounds so u should be getting...

A community guy came to me in car park & this is what i thought he said "are u interesting in cars ? " I reply him "oh yeah i am interesting in cars and i am a qualified car mechanic then we carry on talking about cars .so about ten mins later on he asked me again !" are u interesting in cars ...

i had new soft ear mould arrived this morning and wore them ,i don't like how is fitting it so when i pulled it out the tube come out off the ear mould USELESS :D ,the audilogoy think that is will improving my hearing and i have hearing loss in november derrrrr lol :D It is not making any...

hmm that is interesting hearing people became deaf and CI later and i think is totally different from born deaf all through out life then CI because we as deaf were bought up to do BSL ,lipread and speak (some don't ) where as hearing don't know how to lip read or BSL :D
