You can ping anywhere you want to check.. ie: ping Yahoo! Recently, I see your results that is obviously where you ping from your local computers not outside. :)

If you are feeling that your router is slow.. how about checking ping? So, that may help you to see what's your ms (milliseconds) results..? If it's about 100ms to 200ms then it's slow.. If it's over 200ms then it's HORRIBLE.. If it's under 100ms then it's good.. if it's under 50ms then it's...

Most def is CC. It's because of showing in background noise such as knock door, phone ring, yell in background, etc etc.. Subtitles are kinda annoying.. No background.. Nada!
