I find the lack of discussion of the mind-altering psych meds the vast majority of these shooters are on to be very telling. Would it have anything to do with the fact that pharmaceutical co.'s are one of the largest network sponsors?

Turns out the shooter was confronted by a CCW holder (concealed carry) while his weapon was jammed. The CCW holder didn't shoot because of other people in the line of fire. The next round the shooter fired was him offing himself. There's a YouTube vid, but it's not captioned so I won't post it...

I'm a bit surprised I haven't read this one. Happened to me all the time as a kid, and on a rare occasion as an adult. People would get the idea it would be funny to silently mouth words to me so I'd think my HA isn't working. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that I still hear the background...

:lol: Reminds me of way back when underground raves were a big thing. I learned early on to not wear my HA. People thought I was a narc.

Careful doing that it can get you in trouble. Remember the Seinfeld episode with the "low talker"? He unwittingly agreed to wear a puffy shirt on the tonight show cuz he couldn't hear her. :lol:

Whenever I drink a can of pop or beer I always wipe the top rim off (usually with my shirt lol) before I open it. I'm always worried there's rat pee on it or something.
