Casey Anthony found not guilty of her murder charge

To you. And the jurors. However, different people do have different definitions of what doubts are "reasonable" or not. With this jury, at least. There may well have been enough evidence to convict if the jury was totally impartial (or not!) or if they were more educated on scientific...

Casey Anthony found not guilty of her murder charge

Hey! That's Spitz, he testified at another murder trial I closely followed, too. (Ryan Widmer) That's interesting, I didn't know he testified for the defense.

Do deaf folks consider themselves disabled?

It's alright, people get heated from time to time, I was hoping to help by pointing out how it looked from my perspective. I understand. And of note - I wasn't saying that you personally thought that, I was just pointing out the implications, from the wording used, that people were likely to...

Casey Anthony found not guilty of her murder charge

Ah, didn't know that. You're apparently much more informed on this than me, so take any comments I make with a grain of salt, lol. No clue. Also no clue. I'm just full of answers, eh?

    Random Vents.....

Also, if the lessons are on an actual DVD, most netbooks don't have CD/DVD drives, cause they're too big.

Casey Anthony found not guilty of her murder charge

She was charged with obstruction of justice (for lying to the police), which was what her current sentence was. From everything I've read, not reporting a death is apparently not a crime, though many people after this case apparently would like it to be and are working to make it one. I'm not...

    Grammar

First, to verify, have you seen this topic? http://www.alldeaf.com/sign-language-oralism/76940-asl-only.html I'm going based off of the assumption that your question refers to people who write similar to everyone in that thread. If that's not what you mean, feel free to correct me. On the...

Do deaf folks consider themselves disabled?

It has a built-in assumption that anyone on SSI/SSDI is lazy and trying to game the system and get free money for doing nothing.

why do hearing people think they better than us?

If the ignorance takes the shape of "The ability to hear is superior to the lack of ability to hear", then that ignorance is the same thing as a hearing person thinking they're better than a deaf person. Obviously, nobody is saying all hearing people are like that, though. But many? Sure. It...

Unless you know any psychics (in which case, let me know, because the JREF has got a million dollars for them!), then you'll really never know.

Casey Anthony found not guilty of her murder charge

Well said. Oh, I make a habit of never reading the comment section of any news article, they're always filled with morons spewing hate as loud and fast as they can. It's true anonymity, because so few people are "regulars" like someone here can be, so there's no reputation to be concerned...

The new deaf generation....speaking and listening

I think her point is that in English, very often an adverb that modifies another verb when two verbs are present (as in the form of "X and Y ADVERBLY" or "ADVERBLY X and Y") is ambiguous and very often (and not necessarily incorrectly) interpreted as "X ADVERBLY and Y ADVERBLY". This of it...

I wouldn't feel too bad for the folks on Judge Judy's show. The way it works out, even if you lose your case, you end up making money. My mom's a lawyer, and she watches Judge Judy and The People's Court purely for the entertainment factor, lol.

Hard to say, I've honestly never seen her except on her bile-spewing show very few times, and that simply left a very terrible taste in my mouth.
