Its seems to be affecting my sleep. I read that caffiene can contribute to belly fat and type 2 diabetes. I want to see what its like to not be physically dependent on it. I didnt start drinking coffee until working a 3rd shift job

I wear them as much as I can. Only take them out when too sweaty

yup dehydration seems to give me headaches. So does caffiene withdrawal. Ibuprofen does seem to help a little bit

I would rather have some input from people who have experience quitting caffiene. I did ask my doc and she shrugged her shoulders and told me to schedule another appointment

I dont care what anyone sez, collecting ssi and living at home is not a good life. Deaf people that are doing it have most likely given up on themselves. We should work together in being more militant about deaf people getting the same opportunities as everyone else

wow, there appears to be a lot of resentment towards one another in the deaf community. I can see how deaf people get discouraged and take ssi. If its between a crappy job like dishwasher vs ssi, can you blame them? Most menial labor jobs dont provide any benefits.

I think the ssi thing is similar to kids in the inner cities resorting to selling drugs, cuz theres less opportunities to make a living. Not justifying it just stating possible motivation
