    What did you learn today?

That's why dogs will always be a man's best friend. As for me, today, I learned that my friend and her daughter were in a bad car accident which wasn't the fault of my friend, but due to a man driving recklessly. :(

    What are you Downloading?

One thing I download frequently is WordPress plugins, sample code, etc. I generally like to download things that already have passed the site's antivirus program. All sites should incorporate an antivirus program to ensure that anyone uploading things (or even the owner uploading things) for...

    Hello!

Yes, people, both hearing and deaf, can have a much deeper connection and understanding with sign language because there would be no real difficulty in understanding what is being signed (provided both persons are using the same version of sign language). Hearing people who use spoken languages...

    What did you learn today?

It is only you that can dictate how you will handle life from this point on, either with happiness or regrets. If people don't want to end up a grumpy 70 year old then they have to get into the habit of having forethought so they can prevent themselves from creating regrets.

    A Cheap, but Durable Microscope

I concur because we are in the last days in which there will be chaos, sickness of epic proportions, and so on that has not ever been seen.

    What did you learn today?

I concur "isms" have come about because of inherent flaws in human beings. However, the appearance of "isms" has brought to consciousness many things about society that should be challenged, addressed, corrected, highlighted, and embraced. After all, our flaws as a human being must be fully...

    RIP Windows XP

This reminded me of the time I was a teenager when I learned how to code with QWBasic and QBasic. People didn't like how the goto command lets people avoid making well-structured code as well as disrupt code structure, flow, and readability.

Oh yes, those old days! One day, physical cables will be obsolete! We all be connecting wirelessly. We all be charging wirelessly.

    What did you learn today?

LOL. Nothing good comes out of gossiping. Elderly people who gossip are basically just creating their own soap opera. :giggle:

Wow! You used one of the earliest versions of the Apple computer! That reminds me of the time I used a PC that ran Windows 3.1. It was pretty fun running DOS based games. Haha. Yeah, I only use IE if I need to test for browser compatibility when developing sites. It is crazy when clients want...

    What did you learn today?

Just because your parents are over 70 and are not cranky, it doesn't justify you claiming that you don't think elderly people are not grumpy. Just the two of your parents do not speak for the entire population of the elderly. This is why I didn't use absolute quantifiers and instead used "some"...

    Hello!

Cool! Yes, it is much easier to communicate with deaf people by signing or even using paper and ink or technology (i.e. phones, iPads, etc.) as opposed to having the deaf person read lips. It can be difficult at times for me to read lips, especially of strangers. In reality, 30% of what is being...

    RIP Windows XP

When I took online college courses, I could use any OS I wanted because Canvas (a open-source learning management system) is not OS dependent. It is not too surprising that graphic design major students uses Macs because Macs after all were created to optimize and enhance graphic design. I...
