Asking people to repeat themselves can be a sign of hearing loss. It would not hurt for your girlfriend to have her ears checked to see if there is any fluid or wax. If her hearing does not improve she should get a hearing test. On a side note .....Everyone should wear hearing protection...

I feel fine using both implants. I don't get headaches are dizziness and I like that with both implants music is richer sounding.

I think the personal audio cable and the mains isolation cables would be the best to get. I use both cables when I am watching a movie or TV show on my laptop and my laptop is plugged in. I have also used both of them on airplanes.
