There are two problems with that statement: 1. VPs use a LOT of bandwidth when they're being used. Computers normally don't. 2. The VP does not 'negotiate' with the hub or with a switch. That doesn't even make sense as VPs operate on layer 7 of the OSI model (layer 5 of the Internet model)...

Israel has a stockpile of around 50-100 nuclear warheads last I heard. Technically, the IDF still denies it, but pretty much everyone knows by now. I've always found it ironic that Jerusalem, the capitol of Israel, the country everyone hates, is probably the safest place in the Middle East...
