I have no complains or ill thoughts about VRI. It is just that my experience using VRI wasn't pleasant. I do agree that in some situation having an VRI is great to have. Obviously, what works for one doesn't work for others.

The communication access to me was limited because, when you use the VRI - you have to stay in the frame for the terp to see you. Not only that, the doctor will have to be in the frame or close by for the terp to hear/see the doc. The fluidity of the conversation isn't there whenever you want...

You could use "shirt mess" with using the claw classifier. Mess applies to the concept of the shirt being wrinkled and it isn't taken out of context. That's how I use it this way.
