My ASL teacher told me today in Los Angeles there was going to be a deaf festival and i wanted to go, but i didnt have a ride :( i only live in oxnard not too far from it. Is there anybody from LA or around there that went? Was it fun?

Its like someone thats speaking in an accent or another language like french and somebody else says that its beautiful when they speak french. its a compliment to the language.
