I can't find the setting for PMs, all I see is the one for visitor messaging.

I don't really want to use the MVP anymore. How do I return it? The MVP representative in my area took the D-Link router because I didn't have an use for it. So that would be the only missing thing. Thanks.

I've tried setting the DMZ to my MVP's IP address and the wifi is still weak/not working. I'm guessing it's defective. Where should I send it back to?

So.. which settings are the correct ones for the MVP? I'm not using any other video relay services (other than Viable Vision, and it doesn't need port forwarding settings). I even made the DMZ open all ports to the IP address of my MVP, and the wifi is still weak and it doesn't work.. :\ and...

You know that router is password protected, right? The installer won't tell you what the password is.. it's a big security breach in my opinion. I refuse to use their router, I'd like to have access if there is a problem.

I just tried it at my place of work. It did pick up wifi, but it's very weak (same as home) and doesn't work at all. :\

I can't get wifi AT ALL on my MVP, and I consider myself to be pretty tech savvy. I obviously got a lemon :\ I'm thinking about returning it.

Alright, I'm at work now and I just tested the MVP. My phone gets better wifi strength than the MVP.. so obviously it's an issue within the MVP. I guess I got a lemon. :(

My MVP is set automatically at 384/384. What should I change it to, lower or higher?

Yeah, I think it's the network card in the MVP. It only gets one out of four bars (wifi strength) while my computer and my phone gets all four.

Nope, I tested Viable on my computer and my picture is clear.

I also tested the ethernet, it works better but it is still blurry when I sign and it also defeats the purpose of a mobile video phone.

Chevy57, any comments about my situation?
