Update One odd thing: I tried the record feature of V.V. and when I went back to the recorded session I could see the video they were sending along with the audio but yet I never saw the incoming video.

I am using Viable Vision software on a Vista system. I called someone with a Sorenson VRS. They could see me but they didn't have audio from my end. I could hear them but didn't have video from their end. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Does anyone know what to do to fix it?
