Phonak Naida V UP and Oticon Sumo DM I have had Oticon Sumo on one ear and recently switched to Phonak on two ears, so far I am unimpressed. The most difference I am notifing is on outside- the Phonaks are smaller. Other than that if i don't know which one I am wearing I would have a hard time...
