Good topic. I saw the movie Voices last year in which Amy Irving plays a deaf character. I can't really think of anyone right now that would be good in a deaf/hoh role.

Today she says doesn't feel tired or exhausted. But she will probably in bed early tonight.

I agree I was happy that she opted on her own. She is pretty fluent in ASL her and my wife learned when she was really little.

I agree it better late than never. I do know some ASL and I will try to improve on it. My daughter has some good connections in the deaf/hoh commmunity. She has friends who go to a school for the deaf and a few hoh friends. She has gone to teen/children conferences for the deaf/hoh community...

My daughter's surgeon told us about the rinse free/dry shampoos how do they work exactly. We have a couple of recliners but I don't think Abby would sleep in one of them.
