I just checked, the HTC Mogul from sprint has the camera on the back. The plan from sprint relay has unlimited phone as modem though so you can just hook it up to your laptop and do video relay wherever you are.

A mobile version of firefox would be awesome, especially if it allowed extensions. I use Foxmarks Bookmark Sychronizer on all of my computers so that when I add a bookmark to any of my computers it automatically is added to firefox on all of my computers. That would be handy on a cell phone also.
