spranged ankels are a pain in the u know what! i spranged mine when i was 14 and its never the same again. weak. and out of no where sometimes it just goes out on me and i fall. very painful too.

my best friends mom and dad have 9 kids all grown and all have babies i believe they have 14 grandkids. growing up living next door to them as an only child was a blast!!! haha
