You're not being charged to upgrade. If you're buying Windows 10 on it's own, duh, you're paying. If you're upgrading from Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, it will be free.

I've had no issues with the Inspiro in years. The main "problem" I've seen is the clip on the back. It's attached to the screw that holds the battery cover in place, so it could fall out or get loose if it's twisted around a lot.

Not sure how inflammatory this will seem, but I honestly value my cochlear implant most, in terms of communications. It's not an option for everyone, but it doesn't keep me from valuing it :P

Ok, I have finally gotten a date for my surgery! I will be getting my second implant on June 25th! I am extremely excited about this! I'll keep you guys updated!
