When I contacted ZVRS, they said they can't sell me anything because the FCC no longer allows a VRS provider to sell a video phone to a hearing person. They said even if I wasn't going to have a phone number.
They were much nicer than Sorenson.
I'll just have to get the D-Link video phone...
My plan is to return it to the person who sold it and get my money back. I think it would be very unfair and wrong to punish the person who sold it to me without knowing any details. For all we know, a deaf parent or relative may have died and the person selling it didn't know anything about it...

I purchased a VP-200 used from someone and can't get it to work. I did a hard reset and when going through the configuration setup it wants a user phone number and password. Or a Trainer ID and password, which I also don't have.
How can I set this up so I can use it to call my grandmother...
