SIM card I was able to use my existing SIM card from my sidekick 2 when I switched to my MDA. Tmobile themselves took out the card and put it in the MDA so I doubt there is a problem regarding the SIM from SK2 to MDA. Even if video were available to MDA like you hope it will, it won't help...
