I confess that I addict to Dr. Pepper and watching movies. Subscrible 6 DVDs at a time from Netflix weekly.

Used work on weekends, I don't liket it all. Glad I get off days on most weekends. Thanks to UPS.

Any Diet Soda dont give any benefit for me. Won't affect my weight. Best Diet Soda is Diet Coke (much better than Spenda favor). Worst Diet Soda is Diet Dr. Pepper (I rather regular Dr. Pepper, odd?)

Remmied I got flu shot on late nov 1997. Then one week later, I got sick pretty quickly. So I decided to not take flu shot for years till this year. Got flu shot around near end of Oct. 2006. Seem I feel fine and not get any sick yet. *Knock the wood* Think best time for take flu shots...

Myself, I hate go out for shopping on Black Friday. Easily to get mirgaine headache by very crowd with chaos. Forgot it! But one thing I do like about Black Friday is for people can shipping stuffs to UPS. :D I remmy another "Black Friday" is relate to Gally Protect last Oct. 13.
