I put cellphone in pocket pant and still not feel anything.

when I put cellphone on my hand, and I feel it but for belt clip. I did not feel any thing vibrate at all. I did check setting for message. Still not good vibrate. hope any one can tell me what to do

I have nokia 6820 cellphone and already turn on vibrate and we still do not feel anything about vibrate what do you suggestion for us to feel vibrate which some one send us text message or other things. I just find out that 6820 only default vibrate, not able to setting to low or high...
