I use VCO for all of my calls. My voice is clear, by hearing is not. There is no way to 'speak' through NVP. It requires a landline or cell phone, which incurs added expense. I currently use ZVRS's Z20 machine for my VCO needs via Bluetooth.

I think it is interesting how Sorenson sends their Tech Support employees to drum up support for NVP. Unfortunately, the product does not meet my needs. It does not offer Blue Tooth or VCO out of the box. Additionally, only Sorenson VP's can leave a message.

I find that Zvrs works best for VCO calls out of the box, no phone lines required. SVRS won't work if you don't have a landline or cell phone handy.

The question is: When will the people who owe the FCC money, pay it back ?

Perhaps the drop is from less Conference Calls by VRS companies who got busted ?

I am curious why there has been nothing said from Ed's Alert ? Doesn't he always have something to say about the VRS Industry when it shakes, rattles, and rolls ?

Why would I want to do that ? I am already with my favorite VRS Provider.
