Then you can break it if you try.
No problem.

There is nothing about Jesus and His salvation that is unreasonable.
I know the point of view of Jesus and His salvation, but can you know my point of view?
Pride of self.
I am not but just a man.
Then you can break it if you try.

Not force on us at all, it is given to us freely if we want it. Having a grace from God is so beautiful and gift. If people do not want it then they do not have grace at all. It is your choice not to have God in your life then u get no grace but if you enter His Love and He would give u His grace. He did not demands a person to belive in Jesus. It is up to them.If God demands a person to believe in Jesus and sends those who don't believe, then that is NOT grace at all. It's a spiritual threat, pure and simple. That's why I encourage people to question the Bible and use their own consciousness and reason to make moral and ethical decisions. Heck, we even need a new religion with better guidelines and without spiritual threats.
Do you fear your Lord?
I am Catholic, yes they implies Jesus Christ is Son of God and therefore He is God. WE believe in trinity, Father , Son and Holy Spirit three into One. Do u notice tWhen they open first prayer by saying Father, Son and Holy Spirit, always then say rest of prayer.
The original Bible was NOT written in Latin.
It wasn't Latan. It was a mix of Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek.
JW's do NOT believe Jesus is God.
I believe Jesus IS God.
Therefor, I'm NOT JW.
OK?
There is no justification for rudeness.
So, what if they aren't? What if I not? What if you're not? How does that justify bad manners? You can just make your points, produce your proofs, and present your conclusions without insulting people.
Or can you? Maybe rudeness and intimidation is part of your strategy to bolster weak positions.
Then I can't help you. I can only show you the Scriptures. It's up to the Holy Spirit to convict you, and for you to surrender your pride. It's not my responsibility to convince you. Trusting the Lord is not a matter of debate and convincing arguments. Faith can't be forced on anyone.
I don't need to "prove" anything to you. I know in Whom I have believed, and He is able.
Just for the record; "most" of the Bible was NOT written by St. Paul.
That passage is not in the accepted Christian canon of Scripture.
Please Deafinoregon, take it easy.
(I wish I could pm you.)
Yes, it was. I'm afraid so. Even Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade makes a reference to this. And do you know where the Indiana Jones gets its information from? Research. Spielberg and Lucas was researching on religious lore. Why do you think the Ark of Covenent, despite already steeped in both Jewish and Christian lore, made its appearance in Raiders of the Lost Ark? The same could be said about the cup that Jesus supposedly drank from and the Holy Grail in the third film.
The oldest written parts of the Bible found were transcribed in three languages. What scholars call the Hebrew Bible (the same books Jews call the Tanakh or Written Torah and Christians call the Old Testament) was first written in Hebrew with a few chapters of the books of Ezra and Daniel recorded in Aramaic. Hebrew had long been the language of the Jewish people, so their scriptures were passed down in Hebrew. Some of the books of the Hebrew Bible may have been written as far back as 1,400 B.C.E., although most of the text was probably written between 900 and 400 B.C.E.
...
The Christian New Testament was written in the first century C.E. in the common Greek of the Mediterranean area and parts of the Middle East at the time. This form of Greek is called Koine Greek. It developed from classical Greek spread by the conquests of Alexander the Great. As different people began to use the tongue, it evolved and changed into Koine Greek between 300 B.C.E. and 300 C.E. This form may have been the second language of Jesus and his apostles -- after all, the gospels note that Jesus spoke with Pontius Pilate, who would have been more likely to understand Greek than Aramaic. The New Testament was probably written in Greek because it was the most common language around the Mediterranean at the time.
After the Roman Empire itself was Christianized and Latin become the common language, the entire Bible was translated into Latin. The first Latin version is called the Vulgate. In the mid-15th century, when Johannes Gutenberg invented movable type, the Latin Vulgate edition of the Christian Bible was the first work he printed.
Define fear in your own words.
I fear Lord only if I do not ask Jesus Christ to be my savior and having Him to cleanse my sins. Then I shall not fear Lord no more.
Latin was probably the fourth language to be used for the Bible.
He did not demands a person to belive in Jesus.
Yes, but you should know that I accepted your correction after I read your inital post.

Or if you'd use your brain a little bit more...
God granted Jesus the ability to heal the disabled. That does not make Jesus himself God. God raised Jesus from the dead. That does not make Jesus himself God. So often do people mistakenly perceive him to be God when he isn't!
If there is so many "proof" of Jesus being God in the Bible, then I reckon you're reading an altered Bible - written by man, the fallible creatures. Put the Bible against the Torah and Qur'an and you'll see how wrong the Bible is. For example, the Torah says this:
"Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help." -Psalms 146:3 (James King Version)
Do not put your trust in princes, in mortal men, who cannot save." -Psalms 146:3 (New International Version)
But guess what? Jesus Christ was referred to as son of man many times in the Bible. Does that mean you can't put your trust in him? Does that mean he's mortal? Does that mean he can't save you? Gasp!
"Among the sayings and discourses imputed to Jesus by His biographers, I find many passages of fine imagination, correct morality, and of the most lovely benevolence; and others, again, of so much ignorance, so much absurdity, so much untruth, charlatanism and imposture, as to pronounce it impossible that such contradictions should have proceeded from the same Being. I separate, therefore, the gold from the dross; restore to Him the former, and leave the latter to the stupidity of some, and roguery of others of His disciples. Of this band of dupes and impostors, Paul was the great corrupter of the doctrines of Jesus." -Thomas Jefferson; April, 13, 1820.
The very least you can do is honor God first and Jesus second. For example, Muslims say, "There is no god but Allah and Prophet Muhammad is His messenger." Christians can say, "Praise God and His messenger, Jesus Christ."![]()

I read along post by post and reply individually. So I'm sorry.![]()
I think you took it the wrong way.
CARM said:The Bible contains many different styles of writing such as poetry, narration, fiction, history, law, and prophecy and must be interpreted in context of those styles. It is the source of the Christian religion in that the Bible contains the words of God and how the Christian is to apply the words of God to his life.
Jesus didn't need God to help him do anything. He was at one time a human without sin, a perfect person. Knowing this how could one say what you you wrote?
Jesus, God and the holy spirit are 1 they are not separate. It's called the trinity dear.
