Which is why I don't make any stupid comments in Facebook or social networks. Big Brothers is watching, big bosses is watching. Do you really think there is freedom of speech in social network... think again. That is why I don't post anything negative about my job or any companies... just keep the words to yourself.

It's UP TO 8 years. So that means if he's found guilty, maybe he gets 6 months or one year jail sentence.

Probably not - felony usually 1-8 years in prison.

If 6 months - need to be misdemeanor.

The prosecutor may offer home arrest as plea bargain.

Sure, it also means he could get 8 years but that's assuming he'll be found guilty. Both ways are emotionally and financially expensive. And it says it's prison he's looking at not jail.

Hopefully. I don't think he meant it but it would be a good lesson for others to learn. People shouldn't ever talk shit like that again because it scares the shit out of us.

That's one of my points about gun control.
