Earlier today I was thinking about the concept of women's privacy in a doctors office - ladies, you know what I mean, those once a year visits ;-). You go into the doctor's office, he/she comes in to dispense with the usual questions, hands you a gown or sheet and then leaves while you undress. Once undressed but covered by the gown or sheet, he/she re-enters only to move that sheet back and forth checking you over very thoroughly. Makes me wonder why I am given the privacy to undress when it's all going to be looked at with an eagle eye anyway.
