If that 200 trillion figure were true, it would mean every man, woman, and child receives over 600,000 text messages a day, or over 7 per second. That's impossible.

That figure sounds abt right. 769 texts per day for 260 million subscribers in the usa. I dont text that much, though ha.

My daughter largely contributes to the statistic daily. LOL Thank goodness for unlimited plans.

Yeah, no kidding. Makes me wonder what other faulty data is in that "report."

200 billion, I believe, but trillion? Nah...
 
Wikipedia puts the number at 152.7 Billion a MONTH...
 
When I junked my cell phone - it was because I saw I had 33,800 text messages in one month. Thought that was enough.
 
Lets have this thread deleted. too stupid and not even true so... why bother wasting bandwidth on here for that. (I'm watching out for our fellow Canadians)
 
I was thinking most of them come from my children to me! :lol:
