Good luck when Israel gets nuked.

There will be no more America.

Yeah... "protect Americans."

Only Jiro gets to ask questions (again and again). He is allowed to ask questions to throw you off topic.

You have to answer his questions or he will post you in his "stupid" thread.

You can answer Jiro's questions with names of colors (like, green, red, purple, etc.) and he will still not like your answers. :D

Who?

I know. No need to bring out Wikipedia.

So, basically you guys ousted a corrupted leader and completely destabilized the Iran-Iraq border, and caused Iraq to fracture into thee or four different tribal claims.

So now Iran is not afraid of the world because there's no Arabic powerhouse to contend with.

Good job.

I believe Iraq is now better equiped to deal with Iran while the military improves to the point of total self-sufficiency. Also, the U.S. have military bases strategically placed including forward operating sites and base camps in Jordan, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. It won't be anytime soon for Iran to mess with Iraq.

You might want to read up on latest news on its progress. they're still unable to sustain self-sufficiency.

despite of US strategic military locations - these countries most likely will not allow USA to launch military strikes from their countries. Just like what Turkey and Saudi Arabia did when USA wanted to attack Iraq. That's why Americans had to bring in additional aircraft carriers and perform long-distance air strikes.

Be careful using the word "we". I certainly did not fund any Mexican drug cartel.

Thank you very much for this comment.

"We" should not be used in any sentence involving drug use, terrorism and/or murder.

So what word do you prefer when society as a whole enable it?

Let not mince words, shall we?

already posted in other thread. he was shot by drug smuggler, not illegal immigrant. he's not interested in living in USA illegally. he's only interested in smuggling drugs across the border and getting $$$$$$$ - paid by Americans.
Illegals coming to this country is not the only problem that an unsecured boarder poses. Drugs and gangs coming across are also a problem. Securing the borders could address all of these issues.

For once, I would like to see America protects their rear-end without meddling in the affairs of others.

Seems like eveytime Americans mess with foreign affairs, the gaps in national security rears its ugly head.

Can you be more specific about what you mean when you say "meddling in the affairs of others" in the context of boarder security. Thank you.

Don't dip your fingers in the Middle East. Don't dip your fingers in Latin America. It only breeds more terrorists and druglords.

Wait until a war break out before interfering.

Secure your own damn borders first before justifying sponsoring military dictatorships and paramilitaries.

In other words, respect the sovereignty of other nations; they will respect your sovereignty.

It the context of homeland boarder security there is a set of issues of which "dipping our fingers" in the affairs of countries that don't touch our boarders are not part of. Those circumstances have their own set of issues and American interests which may be what compels us to "dip our fingers" in their affairs. I don't know that I would necessarily agree with waiting until a war breaks out before taking action. Look at the cases of genocide or trampling our rights as humans. Should we and other nations stand by and watch it happen or should we "dip our fingers" in and hopefully prevent such atrocities?

So, you agree terrorists and druglords are natural byproducts of these foreign affairs, then?

A Pinal County sheriff's deputy has been released from the hospital after he's shot in the abdomen by a group of suspected illegal immigrants and drug smugglers Friday during patrol south of Phoenix.

you realize that you bolded "suspected?"

It's still a suspect.. it's not proven. Just merely a suspect.

It's quite shameless of Governor Brewer to use the line from White House correspondents' dinner for her shameless, desperate political propaganda. We all know what happened at White House correspondents' dinner is for joke purpose, no matter what the situation is.

I could carpet-bomb this thread with many lines by President Bush used at correspondents' dinner but no I don't stoop that low. Shame on you, Brewer. You are a shameless piece for Arizona. and Shame on you koko for fanning this farce.
