Exclamation Deaf Interpreters [Help needed]

Hello,

I would like to make a site for deaf interpreters, since the information is severely lacking but I am not a very good web designer, much less a coder and an amateur web manager.

I am currently messing around with Mambo (Currently experimenting with Mambo and Joomla), to see if it is a good feature but I would like to speak with people, especially web designers (and hopefully with knowledge of the DI topic) and develop the best method to map the content and categorize the information that the visitors would find most effective to navigate.

I am paying for the hosting and domain costs for now, so no worries about that if you want to help me in developing the site.

Thank you very much,

DeafTerps

P.S.: Even if you are not a webmaster, I would still like to hear ideas from you.
P.S.S.: Any information or their sources about CDI/DI are very welcome.
