i agree you are right. i think so not safety but i heard about to right to coming soon police inspector search find more warrantly illegally that is right now i talk to you more help warning. I have heard about to someone having bad swearing or banned to disable on www that is very seriously but i understand really that is not good facebook. i think so warning but i have someone causing to against to law. I didn't know Canada does have serious problem with crime in Saskatchewan. I'm from Kansas, USA. It is a bit more flexible and we do have high crime in one of city in Kansas City, KS and Kansas City, Missouri (city straddle between stateline). I live far from it. Yes, We have Homeland Security do the check if something goes bad on Facebook. Basically, they'll send email or member's weblink a warning. I recalled 7 years ago that We had a warning Email from AOL ( I was member of AOL back then) stating that telling me and rest of other to stop Flaming (cuz one deaf sending out flame email). It wasn't my fault cuz I was not involved but someone had my Email on their mailing list. I recalled received email from one angry deaf about deaf guy who stole her car and credit card ect.. stuff like that.

So given idea that Facebook will send out warning first. If not resolved then they'll cut off membership. If person subbornly sign up in different name in Facebook and do over, they'll send out cops to investigate. If death threat, they'll call Homeland Security and I'm sure they'll send SWAT team over to person's house. (in USA).

Yes, that's right.

I have Facebook but I only accept the people whom I know from AD, several Forums and British friends.

I ignored Facebook members because I don't know them. If I doubt either I know them or not then message them asking either I know them or not first before confirm to accept them as my friend.

I love Facebook more than MySpace do. I found so many of my good and long lost friends from two of my schools- Texas School for the Deaf and a high school in my hometown. and several of my family in that. I always careful on whom request me to add them. If I don't know them, I would ask them how they know me before I reject their request. =)

I have strangers to request me to be their friend. I messaged them asking who they are. All what they said to me is: They want to know me better and be my friends, etc. I pressed to ignore them because I didn't know them. I only accept anyone I know well.

It's wonderful feeling when I was in facebook because I know many people from my school after between 20 and 30 years no see... We shared the photos of our school together in facebook photo album... It's really wonderful to meet them and also chat with them via facebook. I know some friends, I still contact with... I must say that I THANK Kalisa (ADer) for recommend me to register facebook. I would never meet them if Kalisa didn't introduce me to facebook.
