Try install vlc video program
Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

Are you trying to playback FLV files that you've saved or created?

There are many free FLV players out there.

If you're trying to post FLV videos embeded on a website there are plenty of tutorials on how to do that.

either way, this will get you started.
