Good morning. Use Adobe ImageReady if you have Photoshop. If you should give up trying, send the animation to webmaster@alldeaf.com and I'll do it for you.

I don't think it can be done. It's WAY too big... over 4 MB in size. It's also TOO LONG. If it was a short clip, it could easily be done.

As for GIFWorks, they only accept images that are 150 KB in size or less.

Whew! There's 163 high-quality frames in this animation! If you were to animate only a part of this thing, then it might be possible.

You may want to change your signature image. AllDeaf guidelines state that images be under 100 KB. There are some members who have images that are a little over 100 KB, but yours are nearly 1 MB each... making your signature 4 MB in size... and that is 40 times more than it should be.

It's like I said, your image is too long and too big.

I have imageready but I don't know how to scale down my animated image. The website has a requirement of 26KB and 100x100.

How do use imageready to scale down the gif?

Thanks

You use the resize feature, not crop feature.

Another great program for this is gimp, it's open source, and a great all around image manipulation tool.

Gee... 219 frames? That's way too many frames.

If you could reduce the length of the animation, the number of colors, etc... then it could probably be done.
