I like the one about how people who drive slower than you is an idiot and that anyone driving faster than you is a manic. I think it's time to review my driving habits.

Carlin was hilarious. I still repeat some of his stuff... He had a gift.

Watching the demonstrations in Denver on livestream made me think back to this post about your experience at Kent State. Seeing all the chaos it's hard to imagine anyone there would have great recall of the events. It will be interesting to see how these stories will change in the years to come though. Much confusion on whether tear gas has been used or not.

Last I checked, you were not a sociologist, nor were you there. You have no business making disrespectful remarks regarding the students that were killed without justification.

Seriously?

May 4, 1970, on a Monday. Um, that was 41 years ago. These were college kids 18, 19, 20 years old at the time.

What are you trying to say, Kokonut? If you are going to make implications, then have the balls to come right out and say what you mean.

Yes, it was 41 years ago. I know exactly how old I was. Do you?

You should probably stop listening to Steiny. His math is seriously off.

Perhaps my memory is better than yours under pressure. I can guarantee you that I don't experience something like that and then easily forget it.

*down twinkles* on the responses in here. LOL

Skip to 0:20 seconds and watch some new rudimentary signs. Gotta laugh. At least they're trying.

Yes, it is amazing how memories work. Would you like to discuss that in detail?

Obviously he is referring to my post about memories. and adding these were young people and their memories of 4 decades past. Not everything is about you. Good grief

No he wasn't. And your attempts to justify it are as despicable as the underhanded implications he is trying to make. But that's okay. Keep going.

I guess you could start a thread on memories. It might be interesting.

You're the one that seems to have developed a sudden interest in it. I would think that would extend to you starting a thread so we can discuss it in detail.

I think it's the funniest thing. Just hearing the word "twinkles" and doing the twinkle thing with your hands and fingers. Namely it's the word that's sooo funny. Calling it "twinkles."
LMAO!

Well, you know how boys are. They giggle whenever the school nurse mentions sex.

I really shouldn't be saying this but I wonder how they'd react to a rectal exam.
