Huckabee warns Palin: Don't leave GOP
Posted: 08:54 PM ET
From CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney (CNN) — Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee has a warning for Sarah Palin: Don't abandon the Republican Party. The former presidential candidate and potential future White House rival of Palin's said Tuesday he's concerned about speculation the Alaska governor may leave the GOP to become an independent. "I hope she remains — let me be real clear — a part of the Republican Party," Huckabee told FOX News. "I'm a little concerned when I hear her say that she may sort of branch out and go third party or go independent. That would be a big mistake because we need to rebuild the Republican Party, not abandon it." The comments come days after Palin told the Washington Times she intends to spend her days out of the Alaska governor's mansion campaigning for both Republican and Democratic candidates whose ideas she supports. That prompted speculation the onetime GOP vice presidential candidate could consider running for office in the future as a third party candidate. But Huckabee — who, like Palin, is thought to be considering a White House bid in 2012 — said Palin has an important role to play in the Republican Party. "I want her to succeed, and I'm delighted to see her continuing to use her voice because I do think that she rallies people," he said. "She brought electricity to the Republican ticket last year, when, frankly, there was about as much excitement as you would see, you know, at a — at a Baptist dance, which means there wasn't any, until she showed up for the ticket. And then there was fire going forth." Related: Poll: Majority of Republicans don't think Palin's qualified for prez Huckabee — now a commentator for FOX News — also praised Palin's recent Washington Post op-ed attacking President Obama's support of a "cap and trade" program, saying it shows her "serious side." Can't see why Palin shouldn't run. If Obama could run on virtually no qualifications, and no executive and military experience, so could anybody else, including Palin. We already saw what happened when lack of experience and common sense has caused in the White House administration already.
Now, in this poll, Public Policy Polling, a major Democrat group, Obama's at 50% approval, with 43% of voters disapproving, continuing a steady decline from 52% in June and 55% in May in this poll. Public Policy Polling: Obama continues to drop Even after the MSM and bloggers continued to attack Palin with lies, innuendos, character assassination, and any attempts to try and discredit her has largely failed in terms of Palin's favorable rating for a 2012 race which stands at 72% for Palin in a July 10 - 12, 2009 Gallup poll versus 56% for Rommney and 59% for Huckabee. And it's no mystery why the MSM and liberal bloggers continue to coordinate their attacks against Palin but very little so against Rommney and Huckabee. And I wonder why. Hmmmm.. Rasmussen Reports: The Most Comprehensive Public Opinion Data Anywhere Could it be that they are genuinely concerned that Palin may have what it takes and people view her more favorably than not? |

We are discussing about Palin and Huckabee, not Obama, also all approval or disapprove rating are nothing to show your prove about Obama since poll don't count on more than 100 million population.

Now Huckabee, don't start giving Palin ideas now. If she runs for the President the world will turn upside down. I would be so frighten to have her as our President.

You know what's interesting?...
If Palin wins for President in the year 2012...think about this. The year 2012...starts with a female president in history who have NO experience with the political stuff...might bring an end to humanity. She could possibly be MUCH worse than Bush.

No, Obama has far more political experience than Palin.
