I use common sense to see their scars on TV and also pictures, video... that´s why I kept quiet during GITMO debate threads since 2004 because I do not want to accuse anything until I saw the proof... and beleive in them because they repeated the same for YEARS since 9/11.

I shared the example about my scars - the court beleive "witness" more than my scar, doctor´s and work council´s statement because they were not witnesses. That witness, my former boss got was NEVER exist where my former boss & I were alone in my office with door shut. The former boss denied that he attacked me to get a paper with the help from "witness"´s statement and never know about the paper... Secondly, the paper, I want to forward chain of command disappeared because my former boss had it... (Of course he throw the paper away). They moved me to other Division after I lost at court case, that same Division I still work since... 6 months later after that he was fired for fraud... that´s why I use my good common sense when I see scars... I know what form of cigarettes burnt, dog bites, etc...

I think a lot of what's going on here is misinterpretation through language barriers, and communication differences.
There's a lot of it going on and it's lighting up the whole topic like a Christmas in February.

When one thing is taken incorrectly, then another person processes it like , then they start asking the original person why did you say that?
