lawsuit challenging obama's birth dismissed!

Looney people believe that Obama is NOT born on American soil and thinks he's from a foriegn country and there was a lawsuit against Obama demanding birth certificate (never mind that DNC has ALREADY showed the birth certificate!)

A federal judge DISMISSED the lawsuit and said it was "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

So, next time anyone suggests that Obama's not an American, remind him that the court thouight it was silly and not worth talking about.

About time. The people who filed the lawsuit have shady pasts and connections. That may also be a factor in the lawsuit being thrown out.

It's still under investigator by FBI not judge in PA. I will show to my husband what he will say about Obama's Birth Certificate.

I believe the judge is support Obama.

There's already proved because birth certificate is filed at health dept.

When court said dismissed then it means end of court and not file again, it's over.

As judge, it´s ogliate to be neutral on both party.

Snope.com and FactCheck.org prove that Obama is an American. That´s good enough.

IF it´s really true that Obama would not accept as cand. president.
