Iowa's results:
"Barack Obama was declared the winner of the Iowa Democratic presidential caucuses Thursday night, less than two hours after voting began. With 96 percent of the precincts reporting Thursday evening, Obama had 38 percent of the vote while John Edwards had 30 percent and Hillary Clinton had 29 percent. Bill Richardson had 2 percent." I'm somewhat ignorant on this process.
Um, does that mean Obama is offically the main candidate for the presidency race? Or is Clinton still in with a chance? And does cacusus in every state do this?

Next caucus will be in Wyoming on Saturday. My state, South Carolina, will have a primary election on Jan. 19. Each state has a different date for its caucus or primary. Some states use the caucus system, some states use the primary system. The Iowa selections are not the final ones. Iowa is just the earliest state caucus. Yes, Clinton still has a chance to be selected the Democrat candidate at the national convention. The 2008 Democratic National Convention

and their daughter got ill at school, they asked to call her mother and Chelsea said, "Umm you better call my dad, my moms kinda busy." WHAT? Just who was really president? I wouldn't vote for her because she was a former first lady. She should have left that no good rotten adulterer! Instead she hung onto him to ride in on his presidential coat tails. I'm sick and tired of lawyers as politicians. We got too many of em anyway, why gunk up politics with em? A woman? Who starts to slip in the poles and goes "boohoo" you should vote for me because I'm so emotional about this country. Really! What would we have done if a man had cried like this! Laughed him right out of office thats what. The woman would have her finger on THE BUTTON for crying out loud. Do you really want a PMSing woman in charge of nukes? If a woman runs, let her have total control of her emotions! I don't want some sobbing cry baby in charge of my country! |

I vote Barack Obama. I don't like Hilary Clinton, she stays with Bill for 1 and just lots of other things to many to list and I don't have time to list. I think Obama should get it. I think he is most honest of the Dems running.

Do you remember the name of the local tv station? If you do, you may find it there. I am sure it would take forever to locate it. Have fun searching the archives if it is up to you.

Very interest, Obama on health, he would want all children require to have health insurance. If parents doesn't have for children, will get fine.
on same-sex marriage, he is against but support civil union, and doesn't want to ban amendment content gay-marriage. Iraq, he want to withdrawn alot of solider. Illegal immigrant, he support mexica border wall, gain restrict on illegal labor and children Abortion right, he support 100% tax, he will do same as Bush do, cut tax on certain income. He is younger in current president campaign. |

I can make a few arguments against Obama but the one that glares at me is the 'Missing in Action' no votes. He has consistently avoided tough votes so that people can't use them against him. This is playing politics and not doing your duty. This is why he has bad history....he was conveniently absent on tough votes. Wimp. You are all being snuckered. The other surviving candidates have had the COURAGE to upset people when need to vote. Obama has no courage. He wanted a 'new game of no negativity politics' BECAUSE HE IS HIDING THIS 'MISSING IN ACTION' STORY.

Obama is VERY NAIVE and smoozing all of ya. This campaign is about him now....the gloves are off. He has made his own bed.......tricked....it is part of politics....Obama tried to lay the format of 'no negativity'....now that it has gone negative it will look like he is going back on his promise of 'no negatives' once he starts being negative. This is precisely why he is a dummy in politics. Naive. His promise to chat up and smooze with Iran-Cuba-Syria-Korea etc......they will make a fool of him and make us look foolish and weak. You have to lay the groundwork. Dreaming is for wimps. Obama is a wimp. Open your eyes people. Dreams are nice but they don't pay the bills.

If you don't want Hillary Clinton, then do not vote for her. (sitting there and complain is pathetic.)
PowerOn- calling us idiots for voting for Hillary Clinton is an insult so watch your mouth. I support Hillary Clinton, on many of her issues, increase criminal sentencing those who committed hate crimes, moving our troops out of Iraq, health care for all children who doesn't have any health care, improving schools and most of all her helping children has always been the center of Hillary's goals, so whenever it comes to children, that person has my vote.

Many young people voting Obama. Mostly cuz of war. War is hell....and yet it is a fact of life. Almost 4000 killed Iraq. Vietnam was 55,000. WW 2 -millions in one battle.
We were out of wars so long that young people forget this. Again Obama naive and wimp vote and that is all he is running on. Many young people do not know the history of middle east terrorism against us going back 30 years. How long do you want to wait to deal with it. 9/11....Cole ....Kenya embassy....Sudan embassy......Marine barracks 250 marines dead....saudi arabia and lebanon barracks attacks. Many highjackings. It ain't going to go away cuz Obama want to play chummy chummy with religious fanatics. They do not deal with anyone in good conscience. They are full of hate and only desire is to annihilate all of us. Modern age and global economy made them very sophisticated and rich. It was time. Open your eyes.....war is hell and a part of life. 4000 is peanuts in the grand scheme of things. And yes we have accomplished things in middle east....other countries will be more assertive cuz the maniacs weakened. We have not been attacked in years now. People see al qaeda as too viscous now. Obama is nothing but a preacher who belongs in a church. Aisle rollers. His denomination 'speaks in tongues'. Give me a break. |

WEll, Cheri....appreciate if you don't try and put words in my mouth. I don't see the word idiot anywhere in my post. You brought that word up...but if you want to use it go ahead. It is my opinion. Vote what ya want. I have a right to say it as I see it. Don't try to take that away with some guilt trip.
Just dissapointed in the intelligence of this country. |
