No, Obama did present a budget. He couldn't get the Democrats to vote for it.

Not a single Democrat would vote in favor of their own President's budget. That tells us something. Or it should.

It's a huge part of the legislative branch's job to create and pass a budget.

In 2010, the Democrats controlled both the House and Senate and could pass whatever they wanted, yet they did not pass any budget, they did not even present one.

In 2011 they controlled the Senate and could pass anything they wanted and they still did not choose to pass a budget. They didn't even try. They didn't bother to present one.

It's irresponsible.

It is irresponsible for over 3 years they continue not do their job.

I did not mean to say that Obama did not present a budget but that he does not have one due to the reasons you correctly stated.

And again

for knowing it is un-Constitutional not to have a budget.

It is mistake for you to blame on democrats due to no budget.

It means I have to blame on republicans for not cooperate. The house of rep is controlled by republican and the senate is controlled by democrat. I'm glad that senates objected because I don't agree with all of republican's budget.
