Gum Sculptures

Ok, Guys - You've heard of sculptures that are made out of sand, rubbers, papers, tapes, so and on. This is something interesting to look at - Gum Sculptures. What do you think about it?

I personally think it's nifty because there's not many sculptures that is common enough just as gum is.

Thread moved here from 'General Chat'--

As for this kind of art, the art of chewing and making an art out of that must take hours to accomplish! Also, no problems 'sticking' this art somewhere, on a wall, desk/table-top, etc.,....

All kidding aside, it's quite interesting to see this type of art. Makes one wonder what the object/item is from either off the head or ear in one of the pics.

Anyhow, cool art! Anyone, want gum?

Ah for moving this to the appropriate forum.

I have a feeling you were about to refrain from noting a ceiling fan! haha.

Anyway, Yes - It's interesting and it makes me wonder how they were able to keep the sculptures in a perfect shape because when the gum is exposed to air for a long period of time, it hardens up after being chewed. That also takes a lot of patience and time to pass by.

That's very creative to use chewing gum to make those sculptures.
