The best out there is Adobe Photoshop, but it is very expensive, there is a free alternative that works almost just as good, it's called gimp... try it out before you spend money on something.

I personally prefer Photoshop over Gimp. Why? I can do a lot more with PS than with GIMP. GIMP is limited.

could you afford one? GIMP is free you can learn tools if the case you have photoshop will become easier for you. I have been playing with GIMP with limit I learned difficult. I like Photoshop I dont have yet. I might give smileygin a gift.
